After years of working in a variety of jobs, most unfulfilling and stressful, I decided to turn my career
toward food preparation and found my niche in a small owner run restaurant and catering business
called Saving Grace Café. The couple whoe opened this restaurant are the most caring and giving people
that I have ever met. They taught me everything I know about catering and I had finally found something I had a passion for. When the restaurant closed I was left without a job, and the most amazing mentors and friends, so I created a way to keep their dream and passion alive. Along with my husband we opened and personally run PARAGON CATERING!

Our mission is to provide the best quality food and professional service for our clients, while being involved in the Paragon Gives program.
